2–5 years of BFSI sales experience
Housing Finance / Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking experience preferred
Team handling and channel sales experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Drive Home Loan sales and achieve targets
Manage customers and Channel Partners
Generate leads and develop business
Lead and monitor the sales team
Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Legal teams
Manage collections and portfolio quality
