Assist customers in selecting suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Learn about travel destinations, tour packages, and travel services.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Assist in preparing travel itineraries and package quotations.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and bookings.
Support the team in lead generation and customer relationship management.
Assist with booking coordination, travel documentation, and customer support.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Learn and support the sales process under the guidance of senior team members.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
