Responsibilities
1. Responsible for planning and managing the Metallurgy lab and monitoring all activities therein to ensure adherence to the defined SOPs and standards
2. Plan, support and contribute to current product development by way of analysis and testing of recent product / material
3. Review quality issues and non conformances and ensure resolution activities like Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
4. Provide support in preparation of the budget, plan and systems for the metallurgy lab
5. Ensure preparation of and review documentation and reports pertaining to metallurgy lab
6. Carry out activities for implementation and delivery of quality improvement projects
7. Supervise and guide the Metallurgy team
