Job Responsibilities:
Solid knowledge of HR Statutory Compliance.
Handle Factory License, DISH-related compliance and statutory requirements.
Manage EPF, ESI and other labour law compliances.
Maintain statutory registers, records and documentation.
Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities.
Ensure timely renewal and compliance of factory-related licenses.
Handle inspections, notices and statutory documentation.
Maintain compliance records and reports as required by management.
Requirements:
5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
Manufacturing / Factory experience is mandatory.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Factory Act, DISH, EPF, ESI and labour laws.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
