About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Executive to handle retail sales, customer relationships, business development and basic store operations at Sujaan Planters.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers, understand requirements, prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain the client database in our custom CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle WhatsApp enquiries, order processing and coordination with the operations team.
Conduct client site visits and meetings with architects and interior designers to generate recent business.
Manage daily store activities, product displays, stock coordination and basic store upkeep.
Maintain sales records and provide regular updates to management.

Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail sales or business development preferred, ideally 2–5 years.




Experience in furniture, home décor, planters, landscaping or related industries will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills, with decent spoken and written English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business and CRM software.
Ability to work independently, manage follow-ups and travel locally for client meetings.

Ideal Candidate: An organised, target-oriented individual who takes ownership of sales, customer relationships and daily store responsibilities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
