Receive and inspect machines/products brought in for service.
Diagnose technical faults and identify the cause of complaints.
Repair and service machines as required.
Replace defective parts and components when necessary.
Test repaired machines to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain proper records of service and repair activities.
Coordinate with the Service Coordinator/Manager regarding service status and spare parts requirements.
Inform the concerned team about major technical issues or repair requirements.
Ensure proper handling and secure storage of machines received for service.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the service/work area.
Assist the service team with technical support whenever required.

Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in electrical appliances, cleaning equipment, power tools, machinery, or similar products will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,643.55 per month
