Job Description – Senior Accounts Manager (Auto Components Supplier)

CA Inter preferred (not mandatory)

10–15 years in Accounts & Finance
Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing / MSME setting

6) Job Description
Handle end-to-end daily accounting activities
Finalization of Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet
GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS, Income Tax compliances
PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory filings
Coordination with CA, auditors, banks, and authorities
Prepare MIS, monitor cash flow, basic costing support
Supervise and control a team of 2–3 accounts staff

7) Skills,



Knowledge & Qualification Required
Robust hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, audits, and compliance
Proficient in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
Experience in IATF 16949 / ISO-driven manufacturing setup preferred
High accuracy, compliance mindset, ability to work independently

8) Salary Range Offered
₹38,000– ₹40,000 per month

Pay: ₹35,299.51 - ₹40,940.66 per month
