Key Responsibilities
Follow up with distributors, dealers, and schools for outstanding payments.
Maintain customer ledgers and track payment status.
Monitor credit limits and payment terms for clients.
Prepare reports on pending dues and collections.




Coordinate with the sales team for payment updates and dispatch clearance.
Resolve billing and account-related issues.
Work on Busy software for invoices and account tracking.

Qualifications
B.Com Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in credit control/accounts (publishing industry preferred).

Skills Required
Working knowledge of Busy software.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales and distribution in publishing.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
