Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and verifying contractor/client bills, quantity measurements, BOQ verification, RA & final bills, cost reconciliation, and ensuring timely billing as per contracts, approved drawings, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and certify RA Bills and Final Bills.
Verify quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and executed work.
Coordinate with site, procurement, contracts, finance, and consultants.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and documentation.
Monitor cost variations, recoveries, and payment certifications.
Ensure timely submission of billing MIS and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Preferably from the real estate background
