What You Will Do:
Investor Engagement: Actively pitch investment ideas to institutions and HNIs, coordinate physical/virtual roadshows, and manage the feedback loop to support successful capital raising.
Regulatory Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with applicable SEBI LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) guidelines, including timely and accurate regulatory disclosures and investor-related compliance requirements.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, IPO trends, and SEBI regulations to ensure our pitches remain relevant and ahead of the curve.
Investor Communications: Conduct conference and earnings calls with investors and effectively communicate key business and financial developments.
Investor Content: Transform raw financial data and complex spreadsheets into executive-ready investor decks, pitch notes, fact sheets, and other investor communication materials that drive engagement.

Who We Are Looking For:
You MUST have prior experience working in Investor Relations and Public Relations (IRPR).
3–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, AMC, or a related field




Robust understanding of SEBI LODR guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Robust financial analysis, communication, presentation, and investor management skills.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and alternate Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
