We are looking for an experienced IP Manager to oversee inpatient billing operations in a hospital. The role involves managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of bills, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital billing.
Solid experience in inpatient (IP) billing operations.
Valuable knowledge of hospital billing processes and documentation.
Robust communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Ability to handle billing-related issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise inpatient billing operations.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of patient bills.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, insurance,



and other hospital departments.
Monitor billing documentation and identify discrepancies.
Handle patient and insurance-related billing queries.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
Monitor billing team performance and workflow.
Prepare and review billing reports and maintain proper records.
Support timely claim submission and follow-up where applicable.
Resolve billing issues and coordinate with relevant departments for corrections.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
