Insurance Telecaller – Roles & Responsibilities
Call potential customers and explain insurance products.
Generate leads through outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Explain premium, advantages, coverage, and policy terms.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule meetings/calls with the sales team.
Maintain daily call and lead records.
Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for policy closure.
Provide basic support for customer queries and policy renewals.
Update customer information in CRM/software.
Key Skills: Positive communication, convincing ability, basic insurance knowledge, follow-up skills, and target-oriented approach.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
