Role Overview: Oversees the floor during shifts, leading the F&B; service team to ensure a seamless guest experience and smooth day-to-day service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise F&B; Service Associates during shifts
Ensure service standards, guest satisfaction, and table turnaround
Handle guest queries, feedback, and minor escalations
Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth service flow
Train, motivate, and manage the on-floor service team
Ensure cleanliness, setup, and readiness of the dining area

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in F&B; service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Robust leadership and guest-handling skills
Positive communication and problem-solving ability
Experience in a premium dining or hospitality setting preferred

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
