1.Accuracy & Attention to Detail – Careful handling of accounts, bills and financial records.
2.Knowledge of Accounting – Solid understanding of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, invoices and expenses.
3.MS Excel Skills – Ability to maintain statements, reports, budgets and calculations.
4.Tally / Accounting Software Knowledge – Experience with Tally, ERP or other accounting software.
5.Cost Tracking – Tracking material, labour, transportation and other project-related costs.
6.Invoice & Payment Management – Preparing, checking and following up on invoices and payments.
7.Vendor Management – Maintaining vendor accounts and purchase/payment records.
8.Project-wise Accounting – Maintaining separate income and expense records for each project/site.
9.Financial Reporting – Preparing regular financial summaries and reports for management.
