About the Role

We are looking for Telecaller Executives who are confident in speaking with customers over the phone and can generate genuine leads for our loan products.

Your main responsibility will be to connect with customers, understand their requirements, share basic information about the available loan products, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Speak with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
Generate and qualify leads through calling.
Share basic information about loan products.
Maintain proper records of calls and leads.
Follow up with interested customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for further processing.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Positive communication skills.




Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic Hindi and English communication.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, sales, or loan/financial services will be an added advantage.
