Coordinate and schedule home nursing services for patients.
Assign suitable nurses based on the patient’s care requirements.
Communicate with patients, families, nurses, and doctors.
Monitor the quality and continuity of nursing care at home.
Maintain patient records, care plans, and nursing documentation.
Follow up on patient conditions and report concerns to the appropriate medical team.
Handle nurse attendance, shift changes, replacements, and leave arrangements.
Ensure nurses follow safety, hygiene, and clinical care protocols.
Address patient or family concerns and resolve service-related issues.
Prepare regular reports on patient care, staffing, and service performance.
