Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Develop detailed drawings for building construction projects.
Prepare and modify drawings as per project requirements and site conditions.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, Site, Estimation, and Project teams.
Review drawings and ensure proper coordination between architectural and structural requirements.
Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and execution requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Assist in obtaining and coordinating building approvals and statutory permissions.
Prepare drawings and documents required for Government and Builder/Real Estate projects.
Ensure drawings are updated as per revisions and maintain proper drawing records.
Check dimensions, specifications, materials, and design details.
Support the project team during construction and resolve drawing-related issues.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.

Required Skills




Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of building planning and construction drawings.
Understanding of building materials and construction processes.
Valuable knowledge of architectural detailing.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of building bylaws and approval requirements.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Positive attention to detail.

Qualification

B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
