Job Title: Telecaller – Software Product (IT Industry)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the software product.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Generate leads and pass to the sales team.
Maintain call records in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in English/Hindi (or local language).
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales/telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work towards targets.
