CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru | Work From Office
Experience: 1+ Year OR Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat
Assist customers with trading platform and account-related issues
Handle account opening, KYC, and demat-related queries
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Provide support related to trading processes and services
Maintain skilled and customer-friendly communication

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Freshers with robust communication skills can apply
1+ year experience in customer support any industry
Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts is an advantage
Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries effectively
Malyalam Language Is must

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Sunday Off
