We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, connecting with prospects, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make approximately 50–100 outbound calls per day to prospective leads.
Identify and qualify potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
Generate and follow up with current business leads.
Understand client requirements and explain our services clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and move qualified prospects through the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Work towards assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.




Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day and speaking with prospective clients.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation is an advantage.
