Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, fuel-injection, starting, and braking problems using company diagnostic tools.
Major Overhauls: Execute critical repair tasks including engine overhauls, clutch and transmission work, and suspension fixes.
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous final road tests and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer roadworthiness standards before delivery.
Team Mentorship: Guide, train, and support junior mechanics and trainees with technical challenges and workshop procedures.
Service Coordination: Liaise with service advisors on job card details, extra repair requirements, and timely spare parts requisition.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Trade or a Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Experience:



1 to 7 years of hands-on experience in two-wheeler servicing, ideally within an authorized dealership setting (e.g., Honda, Yamaha, TVS, Hero).
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of contemporary FI (Fuel Injection) systems, electrical wiring, and computerized diagnostic scanners.
Soft Skills: Good troubleshooting judgment, leadership capabilities, and time management to meet strict workshop delivery schedules.
