Role: Tender Executive

Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi

Employment Type: Full Time, 6-Day,

Permanent Location: Kompally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Remotely: No

Responsibilities:

Monitor government e-procurement portals for relevant tenders.

Prepare and compile technical & commercial bid documents.

Coordinate with engineering, finance, and procurement teams for required inputs.

Manage BOQ, vendor quotations, and basic costing coordination.

Submit tenders (online/offline) within deadlines.

Maintain tender records, documents, and status reports.

Desired Capabilities:

Graduate in Engineering/Commerce/Business.

2–5 years of tendering experience (construction/infrastructure preferred).





Robust documentation, MS Office, and communication skills.

Knowledge of e-tendering portals.
