Plan and optimize routes, schedules, fleet deployment and turnaround.
Develop route economics and profitability models based on demand, fares, occupancy and operating costs.
Analyze demand, traffic patterns and market potential to identify current routes and network expansion opportunities.
Manage permits, regulatory requirements and route feasibility.
Optimize fleet utilization and turnaround time across the network.
Build dashboards and MIS using Excel / Power BI for route and fleet performance.
Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance and Regulatory teams to execute network plans.

Required Skills
5–10 years of experience in transportation, route planning, mobility or fleet/network planning.
Robust understanding of route optimization, demand forecasting and fleet planning.
Good analytical and commercial understanding of route-level P&L;/economics.
Robust proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Experience with permits and transport regulations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
