Real Estate Agent – Job Description

Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with property leads.
Connect with buyers, sellers, and property owners.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Handle client communication and negotiations.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Assist clients throughout the property buying and selling process.
Maintain records of leads, clients, and property listings.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth deal closure.
Stay updated with property listings and market trends.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
Must have a two-wheeler/bike.
Valid driving licence is required.
Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.
Comfortable with field work and meeting clients.
Basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
