We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Hotel Receptionist for a 12-hour shift role at our property in the Nagercoil area. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, handling smooth check-in and check-out operations, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing high-quality service throughout guest stays. You will also oversee billing transactions, update room status, and work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain operational standards. We offer an attractive salary package with performance incentives. Candidates should possess solid communication skills (Tamil and basic English), a neat skilled appearance, and comfortable computer operating knowledge.



Prior front office experience or familiarity with hotel billing software is preferred, but dedicated candidates with excellent customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
