Key Responsibilities
Mobilize children, parents, and community members to participate in the organisation’s educational and social development programs.
Conduct community visits, awareness drives, meetings, and outreach activities.
Identify children and families who can perk from the organisation’s programs and support them through the admission/enrolment process.
Maintain regular communication with parents, community members, schools, and other stakeholders.
Conduct home visits and follow up on attendance, dropouts, irregular participation, and other concerns.
Support the team in organising workshops, health camps, awareness programs, community events, and counselling sessions.
Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, attendance, outreach activities, and follow-up cases.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on community mobilisation and program activities.
Enter and maintain data using MS Word, MS Excel, Google Forms, Google Sheets, email, and other digital platforms.
Maintain digital and physical documentation, including photographs, consent forms, beneficiary records, and activity reports.
Assist in preparing presentations, notices, reports, and other program-related documents.




Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders for smooth implementation of activities.
Monitor community feedback and communicate key issues to the reporting supervisor.
Perform any other program-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact comfortably with children, parents, and community members.
Good computer knowledge, especially MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, email, and internet usage.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to conduct field visits and community outreach independently.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of social-sector/NGO programs will be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
