Role overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to help clients plan and book holidays. The consultant will understand each client’s needs, recommend suitable destinations and itineraries, and guide them through the booking process.

Key responsibilities
Respond to travel enquiries by phone, email, messaging apps, and in person.
Understand clients’ preferences, budgets, travel dates, and special requirements.
Recommend destinations, hotels, transport, activities, and travel packages.
Prepare explicit, personalised itineraries and quotations.
Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators, and other suppliers.
Explain booking terms, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and travel requirements.
Keep client and booking information accurate and up to date.
Provide support before, during,



and after the client’s trip.
Meet agreed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements
Experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Solid communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
A customer-focused approach and confidence discussing travel options and prices.
Good organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage several enquiries and bookings at once.
Comfortable using email, messaging apps, booking platforms, and basic office software.
Flexibility to work diverse hours when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
Travel planning: 3 years (Preferred)
