We are looking for a responsible oriented Collection Executive to follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Visit customers for field collection when required.
Maintain accurate daily collection records.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations team.
Ensure timely submission of collected payments and documents.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field collection.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Previous experience in collection, field sales, or similar roles is preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
