Educational Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
ITI / Diploma holders in Mechanical or related technical disciplines may also be considered.

Experience
Freshers are welcome!
0–3 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing workplace will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Support troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical issues.
Conduct regular inspection of machines and equipment.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
Support installation,



commissioning and trial runs of machinery.
Assist in maintaining critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Support activities to improve machine availability and reduce downtime.

Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, pneumatic systems and mechanical components.
Valuable problem-solving and learning attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Safety-conscious and disciplined approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
