Job Description – Site Supervisor ELECTRICAL PROJECTS

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Project: Jaipur International Airport Site
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Department: Site Operations

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and instructions.
Allocate and supervise manpower including workers, helpers, and technicians.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
Monitor the quality and workmanship of work carried out by site manpower.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, contractors, and other site personnel for smooth execution of work.
Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the reporting manager.
Maintain daily site records, manpower attendance, and work progress details.
Ensure proper utilization and handling of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
Coordinate with the store team for timely availability of required materials and tools.
Assist the Site Engineer in measurements, quantity verification, and preparation of work-related records.
Ensure workers follow safety practices, use required PPE, and comply with site safety procedures.




Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping at the work site.
Report material shortages, site issues, delays, unsafe conditions, damages, or incidents to the concerned authority.
Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements
Qualification: 10th/12th pass; Diploma or relevant technical qualification will be an advantage.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Basic knowledge of site execution, manpower handling, material management, and site documentation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining daily records.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to supervise workers and manage day-to-day site activities.
Willingness to work at the Jaipur project site.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
