Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services, features, pricing, and offers clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service preferred.




Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle sales objections and persuade customers professionally.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Positive command of Hindi, English and Odia; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
