About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who can generate business opportunities, handle incoming leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into clients.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or telecalling and should be comfortable speaking with prospects over phone and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through various channels and sales activities.
Handle and respond to incoming leads promptly.
Call leads, understand their requirements, and explain our services.
Regularly follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales status.
Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/management team.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly lead generation, follow-up, and sales targets.
Research potential businesses and identify recent prospects.




Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/lead sheets.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales/lead generation experience.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle rejection and consistently follow up with prospects.
Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, website sales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives

The more business you generate and convert, the more you can earn through incentives.
