Dripx is hiring a Telecaller for its back-office team. The candidate will contact prospective and existing customers, explain company services, follow up on enquiries, and maintain accurate call and customer records.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and interested customers.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Update customer information in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and back-office teams.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer questions politely and escalate issues when required.

Requirements
Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred.




Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and data entry.
Confident and qualified telephone manner.
Valuable listening, follow-up, and persuasion skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.

Compensation and benefits
₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
