JOB TITLE: Customer Representative Executive

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Individual will be responsible for taking orders, feedbacks & answer the traders by understanding their need and requirements.
To route prospects to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.
Ensure calling on leads provided by the company.
To asking orders & provide information about product and services.
Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
Ensure their satisfaction by taking feedback.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Must be Graduate.




Positive Knowledge of Computer Operating Systems and MS -Office software
Proven work experience as a Telecaller or Telemarketer, or a similar role.
Good Oral and Written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually.
Hard-working individual.
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints

REPORTING TO:
Regional Sales Manager

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
