About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our jewellery store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain jewellery designs, features, pricing, and offers.
Showcase products and help customers select suitable jewellery.
Handle customer queries and provide proper product information.
Follow up with customers and generate repeat sales.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.
Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain basic customer and sales records.




Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
Collect customer feedback, reviews, and referrals.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of jewellery and willingness to learn.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Basic computer/WhatsApp skills.
Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage.
