Job Responsibilities:
Manage sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned area.
Lead and monitor the Sales Executive/Field Sales team.
Develop new customer acquisition through field sales, societies, buildings, and local markets.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the company's broadband/FTTH customer base.
Monitor daily sales, installations, activations, and revenue.
Coordinate with the Network and Operations teams for timely customer installations.
Track competitors, market pricing, and local market activities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Handle customer escalations and ensure positive customer service.
Train, motivate, and improve the performance of the sales team.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in ISP/Broadband/Telecom sales.
Experience in FTTH/GPON broadband sales will be preferred.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Solid knowledge of the local market.
Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
