Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Production & Merchandising Executive with experience in production, merchandising and domestic e-commerce. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating product development, sampling, production, inventory and online order execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production and merchandising activities.
Coordinate with design, sampling, production, sourcing, quality and warehouse teams.
Follow up on sampling, fabrics, trims, accessories and production timelines.
Maintain production status, order trackers and T&A; (Time & Action) plans.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely production and delivery.
Monitor product quality, measurements and approved samples.
Handle domestic e-commerce orders from order processing to dispatch.
Coordinate with the e-commerce team for product availability, inventory and order fulfilment.
Track online orders,



pending orders, cancellations, returns and dispatches.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
Maintain product-wise stock and production records.
Assist in product costing, order planning and production requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and provide updates to management.
Identify production or order-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of garment/apparel production and merchandising.
Hands-on experience with domestic e-commerce operations.
Good understanding of sampling, production follow-up and inventory.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and order/stock trackers.
Strong vendor and internal team coordination.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple products and deadlines.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate should have experience in fashion/apparel/lifestyle brands, especially someone who has handled both production/merchandising and domestic online orders

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
