Managing daily inbound and outgoing shipments, supervising floor or warehouse operations, and guaranteeing prompt last-mile delivery are the main responsibilities of a logistics operations position at Delhivery Limited.

Key Duties

Shipment Handling: Manage daily inbound and outbound processes, including sorting, scanning, bag handling, picking, packing, and dispatching.
Operational Metrics: To minimize missing or delayed shipments, keep an eye on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT), on-time delivery rates, and productivity.
Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security, hygienic practices, and safety throughout the distribution center or facility.
Resolution of Issues:



Address client and delivery escalations and pinpoint the underlying reasons for persistent operational gaps.

Education: Any graduation degree or a relevant background in logistics, supply chain, or commerce.

Experience: Ranging from 0–1 years for entry-level execution roles (freshers with valuable communication)

Skills: Robust basic computer/scanning knowledge, leadership capability, problem-solving, and readiness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
