Position: OD Consultant – Organization Development
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
CTC: ₹3.84 LPA
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech – Technical Engineering backgrounds
MBA / MSW – Mandatory

Eligibility
BE/B.Tech graduates with MBA or MSW.
Candidates from Chennai / Kanchipuram preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates should be willing to work at the Sriperumbudur client location.
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Work as an OD Consultant at the client location.
Support and implement HR and Organization Development projects.
Interact with employees, stakeholders, and project teams.
Conduct training and employee engagement activities.
Support HR process and system implementation.
Plan and execute day-to-day project activities.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
Support the Project Leader/Mentor in project execution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Travel or relocate based on project requirements when required.

Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
Strong verbal and written communication.
Positive interpersonal and people-handling skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
Good teamwork and project management skills.
Good presentation and documentation skills.
Multilingual skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
