Job Title: Warehouse Inward Data Entry Operator

Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
Enter and update all inward material data in the system accurately and promptly.
Cross-check received goods with purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and related inward documents.
Coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams for mismatched or pending entries.
Maintain daily inward stock reports and share updates with management.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of incoming materials.
Support periodic stock audits and physical verification.
Maintain data accuracy and proper filing of records.




Assist warehouse staff in maintaining organized storage of materials.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in data entry or warehouse operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of inward/outward and inventory management processes.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
