Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for a agile and result-oriented Tele calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer calls, lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication.
Explain company services and projects to customers professionally.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.




Prepare call reports and submit updates to management.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam (preferred).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Qualification
Any Graduate or PUC/Diploma.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales support, or lead generation.

Salary
Best in the industry (based on experience and performance).

Pay: ₹15,894.61 - ₹20,799.09 per month
