About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow Astrotel’s social media presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, content creation, posting, audience engagement, and improving brand visibility and reach.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
Write captions, social media copy, blogs, and promotional content.
Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI and other content-creation tools to improve productivity and creativity.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative requirements.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
Track social media performance, reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.




Work on strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and organic reach.
Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across all platforms.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platforms.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
Experience with Canva and AI tools.
Basic understanding of analytics and social media insights.
Creative thinking with robust attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
3+ years of experience in social media management.
Portfolio demonstrating previous social media work.
Experience in creating reels, campaigns, and engaging social content.
Candidates who can independently plan and execute social media strategies are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
