Job Description
Manage daily store operations and shift activities.
Lead and supervise the team during the shift.
Ensure food, beverage, hygiene & safety SOPs are followed.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and customer service.
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, wastage and stock rotation.
Ensure accurate POS, billing and cash handling.
Drive sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
Support training and development of team members.
Ensure the store is clean, protected and operationally ready.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
