We are looking for an experienced Logistics Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, coordinate with courier and transport partners, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. The ideal candidate should have robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics and dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and shipping labels (if applicable).
Ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery of orders.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and delivery delays.
Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement reports.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams.




Verify products before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
Handle returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.

Required Skills
Experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
Valuable coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
