Project Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Lead to manage software/web projects from onboarding through final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of technical concepts, robust communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and understand their requirements.
Translate client requirements into explicit and actionable project plans.
Assign tasks to developers based on their skills and project requirements.
Create and maintain detailed project timelines and work plans.
Regularly follow up with the development team to track project progress.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client expectations.
Coordinate project budget and fund-flow-related communication with clients.
Identify project roadblocks and coordinate with the team to resolve them.




Maintain proper documentation of requirements, timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously when required.

Requirements
6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in Project Coordination / Project Management.
Valuable understanding of technical and software development concepts.
Basic to intermediate technical knowledge relevant to software/web projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good client-handling and coordination skills.
Solid organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
Ability to understand project requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams.

Nice to Have
Familiarity with project management tools.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with software/web development teams.
Prior client-facing experience.
