Job Description – Import-Export Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and motivated candidate to join our team as an Import-Export Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle import and export documentation.
Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other required paperwork.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with customs and other relevant parties.
Maintain records of import/export transactions.
Communicate with international clients and suppliers through email and phone.
Assist with daily import-export activities and office coordination.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and email skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Knowledge of import-export procedures and documentation will be an advantage.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years
Pay: ₹12,635.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
