Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization in building a strong talent pipeline across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with Hiring Managers/HODs.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing, interviews, selection, offer,



and joining ratios.
Support recruitment drives, bulk hiring, and walk-in interviews when required.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
Experience hiring for multiple departments and levels.
Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes and market sourcing strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
Travel & Tourism industry experience will be preferred.
