JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Sr. HR EXECUTIVE

Role: Senior HR Executive – QSR Operations

Experience: 2 to 5 years

(with at least 2 years in QSR , Restaurant ,Hospitality , Retail sector )

Location: BHANPURI RAIPUR

Reporting to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities :-

High-Volume Recruitment:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for store managers, shift supervisors, kitchen staff, delivery crew for all QSR outlets & HQ levels, Partner with local job portals, walk-in drives, and referral programs to maintain optimal staffing levels.

Onboarding & Training:

Coordinate fast-paced onboarding, uniform distribution, food safety/hygiene orientation, and basic role training for recent joiners at all outlets & HQ levels.

Attendance & Payroll Inputs:

Oversee biometric/shift attendance tracking across outlets, manage leave records, and coordinate monthly inputs for seamless payroll processing.

Employee Relations & Retention:

Handle store-level grievances, reduce high attrition typical of the QSR sector,



and conduct regular store visits and employee engagement activities.

Compliance & Audits:

Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws ( Establishment acts, Minimum wages, PF/ESIC, Advances , Penalties ) and support internal HR audits.

Requirements & Skills

Education:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations.

Industry Experience:

Proven hands-on experience recruiting for shift-based, seasonal, or hourly retail/hospitality/QSR workforce.

Core Competencies:

Robust conflict resolution, high mobility for store visits, and multi-tasking skills suited for a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS/HRMS, and applicant tracking software (ATS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
