Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in quantity estimation, billing, cost tracking, and project documentation while working closely with the Site Engineers. Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Support material quantity estimation and reconciliation.
Assist in preparing client and subcontractor bills.
Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and project documentation.
Support rate analysis and cost estimation activities.
Coordinate with project, procurement,



and accounts teams.
Prepare reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.

Eligibility
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of quantity surveying and estimation.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Positive analytical and numerical skills.
Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate's qualifications.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
