Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Credit Risk Intern to join our dynamic team. This chance will offer valuable exposure to customer onboarding, financial documentation, and risk assessment workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong basic knowledge of finance and Excel, good calculation skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to contribute to day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Onboarding & Welcome: Calling new customers and welcoming them on board.

· Documentation & Order Tracking: Helping customers with proper procedures regarding financial documents and providing updates on order status.

· Customer Support & Query Resolution: Handling customers via inbound and outbound calls and emails to resolve order-related and risk queries.

· Data Management: Entering all information, financial updates, and records into the appropriate programs accurately.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

· Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Freshers can also apply).

· Good negotiation and communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of finance and Excel.





· Good in calculations.

· Should be residing in Gurgaon or nearby.

Internship Details

· Location: Gurugram (Vatika Business Park, Sohna Road)

· Tenure: 3 months

· Compensation: ₹10,000 per month

· Working Days: 6 days a week (3rd and 4th Saturday off)

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
